Hydraulic cylinder This is the place where seals are most concentrated and have the highest requirements. Piston seal: Installed on the piston, it is the main seal of the hydraulic cylinder, preventing high-pressure oil from leaking from both sides of the piston to each other (internal leakage). It directly determines the thrust and pressure-holding capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. Piston rod seal/rod seal: Installed on the inner side of the cylinder head, it is a key seal to prevent hydraulic oil from leaking into the environment.

Dust-proof ring: Installed on the outermost side of the cylinder head, it prevents dust, soil and other contaminants from entering the hydraulic system and protects the piston rod and internal seals. Guide support ring: Guides the piston and piston rod to move in a straight line, preventing direct contact of metal parts to avoid wear and jamming.

Static sealing: such as O-rings, used for fixed connection sealing between the cylinder barrel and the end cover.

2. Hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor Used for rotating shafts to prevent oil leakage from the shaft ends (lip seal for rotating shafts). It is used between the internal plunger, distribution plate and other moving pairs to prevent high-pressure oil from communicating with low-pressure oil, ensuring the volumetric efficiency of the pump and motor.
